Monument-Info-Search is accredited Low Carbon Energy Assessors with CIBSE, (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) and as such can perform Energy performance assessments and Air Conditioning Inspections on level 3, 4 and 5 buildings and Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s) on public buildings.
We undertake energy assessment assignments on all types of buildings, ranging from single properties to medium –large scale portfolios.
Our SBEM calculations can be submitted to building controls for Building Regulations part L compliance and as such be relied upon.
