The inspection (TM44 Inspection) will include an assessment of efficiency, a review of their sizing and advice on improvements or replacements and alternative solutions, thus saving energy and ultimately reducing CO2 emissions. Once air conditioning systems have undergone proper inspection by an Air Conditioning Equipment Assessor, building owners will receive a report testifying to the efficiency of the system. This report includes recommendations to improve the efficiency and the detailed information about the performance of the system.
